Pricing is determined by the rug’s dimensions, fiber composition, and current condition. Our minimum service charge is $140. We provide a free, no-obligation quote after a hands-on inspection — either at our Glenview facility or during pickup.

Absolutely. Many of our clients throughout the North Shore own antique and museum-quality rugs — hand-knotted silks, century-old Persians, and fragile tapestries. Every piece is individually assessed for fiber content and dye stability before cleaning begins. We never batch wash, and every step is documented with photography.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days. Rugs requiring pet odor treatment, intensive stain removal, or structural repairs may require additional time. We always provide a clear timeline after our initial hands-on inspection.
Yes. We provide complimentary pickup and delivery throughout the entire North Shore — from Evanston to Lake Forest and every community in between. Our team will schedule a convenient time, transport the rug to our Glenview facility, and return it when cleaning is complete. You can also drop off directly at our office at 2003 Johns Dr, Glenview.
